Being in the IT reseller business for over 25 years, I’ve seen the industry grow at an unimaginable speed.

I’ve come across countless instances where my customers have had problems procuring for their offices outside  of the United States. These issues ranged from working with multiple vendors, procurement and pricing not being consistent around the world, and dealing with equipment delivery delays due to exporting problems.

With the rise of companies like Amazon, it comes as no surprise that consumer culture and buying experiences have evolved tremendously. Customers demand a more seamless, no touch strategy for all their purchases – in all their global locations.

The IT industry is no different.
